Glimmers - do you know?

We hear plenty about being on the look out for anything which may be a Trigger for us. A Trigger is something which could start a downward emotional response within ourselves. It could be a reminder of something from long ago or a recent event. Triggers are not usually seen as good things. Glimmers on the other hand . . . Little things, mostly free of any financial cost, that bring us joy. Little moments in our day which make us happy and feel good. Small snatches of wonder, peace or gratitude which remind us of the good things around us, the feelings within our heart and mind which make us softer, kinder, more loving, caring and at ease with ourselves and the world we're sharing. Glimmers make us feel good, making our heart smile and our shoulders drop just that tiny fraction. Our breath a little deeper, our soul a little lighter. Looking for Glimmers . . . Where will we find these wonderful, mood changing Glimmers? I've been told the more we look for them in our daily lives, the more of them we will see. They really are there to be found. Maybe on your journey to work, walk to school, while you're drinking your coffee or preparing a meal, even when you're folding the laundry. A freshly washed and dried stack of treatment towels, soft, white and fluffy arranged in size order is definitely a daily Glimmer for me! Another quite amazing thing about seeking Glimmers is the more you notice the more will pop into your eye line and you'll see fewer Triggers! What Glimmers have you noticed lately, what tiny everyday things have you found to bring you joy and happiness? Enjoy Glimmer hunting, I'd love know how you get on. Love, Haze xxx
