Reflexology Session

It's believed the organs of the body are mirrored in the hands, feet and ears. This forms the basis for Reflexology which is a gentle, non-invasive treatment focusing on the feet.
Reflexology aims to release blockages in energy pathways and encourage the body's natural healing process.

Some potential benefits can include improved sleep patterns and quality, relief from headaches and migraines, increased energy levels, a greater sense of well-being and deep relaxation.
Treatments here at Making Time to Unwind includes soothing hot foot wraps and massage to the lower legs, enhancing the overall experience.

Natural Skincare Facial

60 minutes £45

Using either Weleda or Tropic natural facial skincare products, chosen following a consultation, your face will be double cleansed and massaged. If appropriate a face mask will be applied. While the mask is working it's magic you can choose between massage to your feet or hands.
Applications of serums or oils specific to your needs and depending on your appointment time, day or night cream.
You'll notice the glow and leave relaxed, refreshed and make-up free.
There will be the opportunity to order products from both skincare ranges.

A deeply relaxing treatment which may include the use of specially selected essential oils. The session starts with warm wraps to the feet and is carried out intuitvely to offer the deepest and long lasting benefits.

Throughout pregnancy the body undergoes numerous physical changes which makes massage an excellent way to support you, your baby and your partner during this time of changes. Usually recommended after the first trimester, your comfort will be ensured throughout your session. The Comfy Client Cushion System is used, providing the best alignment for your spine, hips and neck while also supporting your growing bump. Weleda Mother and Baby products will be used for your treatment providing over 100 years of natural organic wisdom at this important stage.

Combination Session

60 minutes £45

This hour long session combines any two 30 minute treatments. The most popular choice remains an Aromatherapy Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage followed by a Foot & Leg Massage which also includes some Reflexology points.
